主人が婚宴から帰ってきて戸をたたくとき、すぐあけてあげようと待っている人のようにしていなさい。
【しゅじんがこんえんからかえってきてとをたたくとき、すぐあけてあげようとまっているひとのようにしていなさい。】
[shujinga kon'enkara kaette kite towo tataku toki, sugu akete ageyou to matte iru hitono youni shite inasai.]
　
Be like men watching for their lord,

[　biː　laɪk　men　wɑtʃɪŋ　fəɚ　ðəɚ　lɔɚd　]
when he returns from the marriage feast;
【　ウエンヌ　ヒー　ウリタ～アンズ　ふウロム　ずア　メアウリヂ　ふイースト　】
[　wen　hiː　rɪtəɚnz　frəm　ðə　mærɪdʒ　fiːst　]
that,
【　ずエアト　】
[　ðæt　]
when he comes and knocks,
【　ウエンヌ　ヒー　カムズ　アンド　ノアクス　】
[　wen　hiː　kʌmz　ənd　nɑks　]
they may immediately open to him.
【　ずエイ　メイ　イミーデイーエトりー　オウプンヌ　トウ　ヒム　】
